How to make the cupcakes:-

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350 F/Gas Mark 4


Step 1
Put the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl.

Then add the sugar and butter and mix until combined.




Step 2
Add in the egg, milk and vanilla essence and mix until smooth.



Step 3
Spoon the mixture into cases and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.


Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.



How to make the icing:-icing


Step 1
Put the icing sugar and butter in a bowl and mix. Stir in the milk a bit at a time until it starts to come together.


Step 2
Stir in the nutella and beat until it is smooth.



Step 3
Spread the frosting on each cupcake.

To create the reindeer’s face place a mini digestive biscuit towards one bottom edge of the cupcake.

Then using an icing pen attach a red ‘Wilko Bomber’ to the biscuit.



Step 4
To create the eye place two tic tacs just above the biscuit and using a black icing pen draw in some eyes.




Step 5
Finally place two chocolate pretzels on the cupcake for the antlers
